Abstract
The role of educational management in shaping a skilled and inclusive society has become increasingly vital in the era of the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR). With the global shift toward human-centered technological advancement, educational management emerges as a key mechanism for aligning learning systems with innovation, digital transformation, and social inclusion. This paper explores how effective management practices can foster such transformation through visionary leadership, evidence-based policymaking, curriculum renewal, and collaborative partnerships. It underscores the importance of integrating emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and data analytics into teaching and institutional administration while upholding core human values like empathy, equality, and ethical governance. The discussion highlights the need for inclusive systems that guarantee equitable access to quality education irrespective of socio-economic background, gender, or ability, thereby narrowing digital and educational disparities. Strengthening teacher and administrator capacity in digital competence and transformational leadership is also emphasized as essential for institutional effectiveness. Moreover, synergy between government, industry, and academia is identified as critical to linking education with innovation-driven development. Ultimately, the study concludes that educational management in the 5IR era must balance technological progress with compassion and social responsibility to nurture competent, ethical, and future-ready citizens who can drive sustainable development.
